I help organisations design, build and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure. Over the last decade, I've worked across government, healthcare, financial services and enterprise environments delivering Azure Landing Zones, platform engineering, Cloud deployments and large scale migrations.

My focus is platform engineering, creating Azure foundations teams can build on confidently through infrastructure as code, security, networking and observability. I'm passionate about turning architecture into reality through practical delivery, not just diagrams.

my site will share some lessons from real world projects such as architecture patterns, Terraform practices, cloud operations and the technical challenges that rarely make it into official documentation.

I have learned a lot in the decade or more I have in the tech industry, from hands on with networking, Windows Server environments, Linux and much more. I have made mistakes, as everyone does, but I have hopefully learned from them! (Anyone Disabled a Network Interface remotely?), I hope to bring some honest thoughts and opinions to my posts.
